Data Deletion Instructions

American Mah Jongg (americanmahjongg.app) — operated by Ecko Brand, LLC

You can delete your account and all personal data we hold about you at any time. We do not sell your data, and deletion is permanent.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

Go to americanmahjongg.app and sign in.
Open Settings (the ⚙️ icon in the user menu).
Scroll to the Account section and choose Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account (or include the email tied to your Facebook/Google login) and ask us to delete your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (display name, email, sign-in identity)
Your game history, statistics, and saved games
Any email subscription tied to your address
Any feedback you submitted
Your authentication record (Firebase)

If you signed in with Facebook, this also removes the data we obtained via Facebook Login (your name and email). For more detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
